GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Associated Capital Group, Inc. (“AC” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AC), announced today a preliminary range for its second quarter book value of $41.35 to $41.55 per share. This compares to $41.30 per share at March 31, 2023, $40.48 per share at December 31, 2022 and $40.30 per share at June 30, 2022.

Assets under management were $1.55 billion at June 30, 2023, compared to $1.80 billion at June 30, 2022.
