Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to establish its first North American resort in Mexico's Los Cabos region. The Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences, developed in partnership with ONE Development Group, is scheduled to open in 2029.
The resort will be located in the East Cape area, featuring 80 rooms and 46 branded residences in its first phase. Situated between the Sea of Cortez and Sierra de la Laguna mountains, the property will offer uninterrupted sea views and access to a swimmable beach.
The development will include:
- Seven culinary venues including signature Raffles Long Bar and Writer's Bar
- Expansive spa and multiple outdoor pools
- Beachfront watersports center
- Kids and teens club spaces
- State-of-the-art ballroom and event spaces

Accor and Sukhani Ventures have announced plans to establish two luxury properties in Rajasthan, India. The first property, Raffles Ranthambore, will be a 63-villa ultra-luxury resort located in Ranthambore National Park, featuring 15 luxury tented experiences and scheduled to open by mid-2027.
The second property, Sofitel Legend Sukh Bagh Jaipur, will be a 300+ key urban resort in the Kukas Amer region, featuring 260 guestrooms, 41 suites, and over 6,500 sqm of event space, set to open by late 2028. The property will span 21 acres with planned gardens and luxurious pools.
