(NYSE AMERICAN: AE) ("Adams" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.24 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2022, payable on March 24, 2023 to shareholders of record as of close of business on March 10, 2023.
