Agility Robotics (proposed ticker: AGLT) selected Nyobolt to supply the fast-charging battery technology for its Digit 5 humanoid robot. Agility says the planned system will provide 90 minutes of runtime and recharge in 9 minutes, raising the run-to-charge ratio to 10:1 from Digit 4's 2:1 and enabling more than 20 hours of work in a 24-hour day.
Early access is expected in the first half of 2027, with availability increasing over the following six to nine months for manufacturing, warehouse and distribution operators. Agility expects its previously announced business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (Nasdaq: CCXI) to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by Nasdaq trading under AGLT. The transaction remains subject to Churchill XI shareholder consideration.
