Through this collaboration, owners of Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac electric vehicles or GM Energy's PowerBank stationary storage system will be eligible to participate in EnergyHub-managed utility programs, earning financial incentives while supporting grid reliability. The pilots feature incentive structures including a $75 upfront payment and $10 monthly payments for residential participants, with additional $50 bonuses for customers in Equity Investment Eligible Communities. The residential program has already exceeded its enrollment target within three months.

Through EnergyHub's Edge DERMS platform, the program enables utilities to manage peak demand and distribution grid impacts while ensuring participants maintain desired charge levels. The company currently helps 80+ utilities manage over 1.6M distributed energy resources and more than 2 GW of flexible capacity.
