AMR Resources Acquisition Corp (AMACU) will allow separate trading of its Class A ordinary shares and warrants from its IPO units starting September 8, 2026. Each unit currently includes one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with no fractional warrants issued and only whole warrants trading or exercisable.
Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. After separation, the Class A ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “AMAC” and the warrants under “AMACW”, while units that remain combined will continue to trade under “AMACU”. Holders wishing to separate their units must have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the transfer agent.
