A dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) is a program that automatically uses the cash dividends an investor receives to buy additional shares (or fractions of shares) of the same company instead of paying out cash. Like a snowball that quietly grows larger, it helps investors compound returns over time, increase ownership without manual trades or commission costs, and change future income streams — though dividends used are still taxable as income.

HOUSTON & MIDLAND, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (“Kinetik” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increase to its quarterly cash dividend to $0.81 per share, or $3.24 per share on an annualized basis.

The announced quarterly dividend represents an approximately 4% increase versus the prior quarterly dividend paid in October 2025.

The dividend will be paid on Friday, February 13, 2026 to shareholders of record as of market close on Friday, February 6, 2026.

Kinetik will host its fourth quarter 2025 results conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 8:00 am Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time). The text of the earnings release, the accompanying presentation and link to the live webcast will be available on the Company’s website at www.ir.kinetik.com.
