NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Arena Group Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Paradium.AI (NYSE American: AREN) (the “Company” or “Paradium.AI”), the technology, brand, data and IP company home to many of the nation's most recognizable brands, including Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ and the Adventure Sports Network (including Surfer, Powder, Bike Magazine and more), today announced its intent to change its legal name and stock ticker symbol by August 31, 2026.

The planned name change was previously announced in the Company’s Second Quarter 2026 earnings release, issued on August 10, 2026. The legal name and ticker change are expected to take effect on August 31, 2026, with the Company’s common stock, listed on the NYSE American, to begin trading under the new ticker symbol PAAI.

The Company's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE American and its CUSIP number will remain unchanged. No action is required by shareholders.
