HONOLULU--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Savings Bank, N.A. (“ASB”) announced today the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 8,057,240 shares of its common stock being sold by certain of its existing stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. ASB will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the Selling Stockholders. The Selling Stockholders also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,208,586 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.

The shares of common stock are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 16, 2026, under the symbol “ASBH.” The offering is expected to close on September 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Piper Sandler & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, is acting as lead manager, while D.A. Davidson & Co. and Stephens Inc. are acting as co-managers.

The Registration Statement on Form S-1 relating to the offering has been filed with the OCC and declared effective on September 15, 2026. The offering is being made only by means of a prospectus.
