Notably, Chanti has previous experience in listing a Malaysian company in the United States and handling SEC submissions. She holds an Australian CPA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Curtin University.
The appointment aligns with AsiaFIN's strategy to uplist in the United States and expand into North American markets.
