Atour (NASDAQ: ATAT) announced board changes effective November 10, 2025. Mr. Cong Lin resigned as director and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for personal reasons and confirmed he has no claim against the company and no disagreement with the board.
The board appointed Mr. Yingchun Song as director and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, effective the same date. Mr. Lin will continue to support Atour as a consultant. Mr. Song founded Wuhan Today Dream Trading Co. (Today Convenience Store) in July 2008 and holds leadership roles including Director of the Alibaba Foundation and Executive Director of CCFA.
