Gold X2 Mining (AUXX) reported infill drilling results from 21 holes at its Moss Gold Project in Northwest Ontario.
Hole MMD-26-430 returned a combined 172.0m at 0.96 g/t gold. Other results included 130.95m at 0.55 g/t in Main Zone hole MMD-26-454 and 74.15m at 0.71 g/t in Southwest Zone hole MMD-26-456. Main Zone mineralized shears were 67% wider than modelled, with 28% lower grades; Southwest Zone shears were 87% wider, with 39% lower grades. Gold X2 describes the overall comparison with its resource model as positive and targets an updated mineral resource estimate for Q1 2027.
The program aims to upgrade Inferred resources to the higher-confidence Indicated category. Hole MMD-26-433 missed the core shear system near the Snodgrass Fault; further drilling is planned to locate faults that offset mineralization.
Gold X2 Mining (AUXX) appointed Steven Scott as Chief Geologist and reported progress on its Moss Gold Project technical work and 2026–2028 corporate plans.
The company held C$105 million in cash at Q2/26 reporting and about C$85 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 15, 2026. Gold X2 began trading on NYSE American under “AUXX” after a 6:1 share consolidation and was added to the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF (GDXJ) effective September 18, 2026. A planned spin‑out of a 1.00% NSR on future Moss production into a wholly owned subsidiary remains on track, with SpinCo shares intended for pro rata distribution to shareholders.
The 160,000‑meter drill program has completed 223 holes (99,257 meters) focused on resource expansion, infill and nearby exploration, targeting an updated Moss Mineral Resource Estimate in Q1 2027 and a subsequent technical study and permitting path toward a Q1 2028 feasibility study.
Gold X2 (AUXX) has been added to the VanEck Junior Gold Miners ETF (GDXJ) following the ETF’s semi-annual review announced on September 11, 2026, with inclusion effective at market close on September 18, 2026.
The company describes this as a milestone expected to enhance trading liquidity and investor reach. Gold X2 focuses on its 100% owned Moss Gold Project in Ontario, supported by road and power access and local workforce. A 2026 NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate reports 2.458 million oz of Indicated gold at 1.04 g/t Au (73.8 Mt) and 4.209 million oz of Inferred gold at 0.97 g/t Au (134.7 Mt. The Moss Deposit also has 3.160 million oz of Indicated silver at 1.53 g/t Ag (64.3 Mt) and 6.273 million oz of Inferred silver at 1.55 g/t Ag (125.9 Mt). A preliminary economic assessment suggests potential for a long-life, low-cost operation.
Gold X2 Mining (AUXX) reported new deep drilling results from the QES Zone at its Moss Gold Project, intersecting long mineralized intervals 75–100 m beneath the current RPEEE pit shell.
At QES Deeps, hole MQD-26-465 returned 227.2 m of 0.73 g/t Au from 637.8 m, including 157.75 m of 0.90 g/t Au from 707.25 m and 42.0 m of 1.43 g/t Au from 744.0 m. Hole MQD-26-474 intersected 271.6 m of 0.73 g/t Au from 630.4 m, including 33.5 m of 0.87 g/t Au from 630.4 m, 173.0 m of 0.89 g/t Au from 685.0 m, 8.0 m of 4.86 g/t Au from 721.0 m, and 52.0 m of 1.05 g/t Au from 767.0 m.
The company said these first two holes of a 21-hole program support the potential to expand the open pit to depth and grow the mineral resource. The 2026 updated MRE for Moss and East Coldstream totals 2.458 Moz of Indicated gold at 1.04 g/t Au and 4.209 Moz of Inferred gold at 0.97 g/t Au, plus separate silver resources.
Gold X2 Mining (AUXX) began trading its common shares on the NYSE American on September 8, 2026 under ticker “AUXX”, while maintaining its existing listing on the TSX Venture Exchange under the same symbol.
The company describes this dual listing as an important step to broaden its investor base and visibility in U.S. capital markets. Gold X2 is focused on the 100%-owned Moss Gold Project in Ontario, an advanced-stage asset with road access via the Trans-Canada Highway, nearby hydroelectric power, and local workforce support.
The 2026 NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate for Moss and East Coldstream totals 2.458 million oz of indicated gold at 1.04 g/t Au and 4.209 million oz of inferred gold at 0.97 g/t Au, plus a Moss silver resource of 3.160 million oz indicated and 6.273 million oz inferred.
Gold X2 (AUXX) reported phase one drilling results from the Span Prospect, about 2 km northeast of the Moss Gold Deposit in Ontario. The 11‑hole, 4,581 m program intersected a strongly mineralized shear zone, including 40.4 m grading 2.05 g/t Au from 343.6 m in hole MSD-26-404, with a higher‑grade interval of 24.05 m at 3.17 g/t Au from 345.95 m. A second, parallel shear hosted in a Moss-style diorite intrusion returned 5.0 m at 5.34 g/t Au from 161.0 m in MSD-26-397, including 2.0 m at 12.7 g/t Au, and 11.0 m at 1.22 g/t Au from 233.0 m in MSD-26-401.
The company targets Span as a possible northeast offset of the Moss Deposit and aims to evaluate adding Inferred Mineral Resources to expand the mine plan. A follow‑up drill program, using an additional drill rig and a third contractor, is being mobilized and is expected to commence this month while Moss expansion and infill drilling continue.
