For Q4 fiscal 2026, Broadcom guides revenue of approximately $34.8 billion, up 93% year-over-year, and expects to maintain a non-GAAP operating margin of about 66% of projected revenue.

According to Broadcom, VCF is an AI- and Kubernetes-native private cloud platform that can run AI inferencing, agentic applications, containers, and virtual machines together, with MLPerf Inference v5.1 benchmarks showing performance on par with bare metal. The platform independently verifies agent identity and intent, and authorizes each action against policy, context, and current risk.
AgentMinder combines identity and intent binding, runtime enforcement through a cloud-native AI gateway, and observability built on OpenTelemetry to provide full telemetry and audit trails. According to Broadcom, it already supports nearly 36 million customer-related and seven million workforce-related API calls per day and manages over 20 million customer identities and 72,000 workforce identities.
