6 terms
condensed consolidated statements of operations financial
"Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations (Unaudited)"
A condensed consolidated statement of operations is a short, combined report showing a company’s sales, costs and profit or loss for a specific period, with results from its subsidiaries rolled into one summary. It’s like a streamlined monthly bill that highlights the main income and expense lines without the full detail, helping investors quickly judge profitability, spot trends, and compare performance across reporting periods.
operating lease right-of-use assets financial
"Operating lease right-of-use assets | 1,390 | | 1,379"
An operating lease right-of-use (ROU) asset is an accounting entry that shows the value of a leased item you have the legal right to use—like a building, vehicle, or equipment—recorded on a company’s balance sheet along with the corresponding lease obligation. Investors care because it adds to reported assets and liabilities, changing measures like leverage and return on assets much like bringing a long-term rental onto the company’s financial snapshot, which can affect credit terms and valuation.
finance leases financial
"Property and equipment under finance leases, net | 6,352 | | 6,267"
A finance lease is a long-term rental arrangement where a company takes on most of the risks and rewards of owning an asset—like equipment or property—while making scheduled payments instead of a single purchase. Think of it like buying something on an installment plan: the item appears on the company’s books as an asset and a matching obligation, which affects reported debt, profits and cash flow and therefore can change how investors view the company’s financial strength and valuation.
restricted cash financial
"Restricted cash | 8,501 | | 8,730"
Cash that a company holds but cannot use for day-to-day operations because it is set aside for a specific purpose—such as meeting loan covenants, serving as collateral, funding an escrow, or complying with regulations. Like money in a locked savings account earmarked for a bill, restricted cash reduces the cash available to run the business and pay dividends or debts, so investors treat it differently when assessing a company’s true short-term financial strength.
asset retirement obligation financial
"Asset retirement obligation | 100 | | 100"
A liability recorded for the future cost to retire, dismantle or clean up a long-lived asset — for example removing an oil rig, closing a mine, or decommissioning a plant. Investors care because it reduces reported profit and ties up capital: companies must estimate and set aside money now for a known future expense, and changes to that estimate can swing earnings, debt ratios and the company’s cash needs much like setting aside savings to repair or return a rented property later.
line of credit financial
"Line of credit | 3,200 | | 3,200"
A line of credit is a flexible borrowing arrangement that lets a company draw money up to a preset limit, repay it, and borrow again as needed—similar to a business credit card or an emergency tap on a savings account. It matters to investors because it shows how a firm manages short-term cash needs and growth funding without taking a single large loan; access, cost, and attached conditions can affect liquidity, interest expenses and financial risk.
