Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 16, 2026) - Hercules Metals Corp. (TSXV: BIG) (OTCQB: BADEF) ("Hercules" or the "Company") announces that the Company has granted 6,650,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") effective today (the "Grant Date") to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's omnibus incentive plan approved by shareholders of the Company on July 15, 2022 (the "Plan").

The Options were granted to partially compensate the directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company for the cancellation of an aggregate of 20,500,000 stock options previously granted under the Plan, as described in the Company's press releases dated July 30, 2026 and August 7, 2026, and the cancellation of which was announced on September 14, 2026.

The Options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $1.31 per common share of the Company and will vest in three equal installments over a period of 24 months, as follows: 1/3 of the Options vest immediately on the Grant Date; 1/3 of the Options will vest on the first anniversary of the Grant Date; and 1/3 of the Options will vest on the second anniversary of the Grant Date.

The granting of the Options is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
