This dividend is 218% of the interpolated yield based on Canadian government bonds. The first dividend will be paid on February 1, 2022. Shareholders can convert their Series 9 shares to Series 8 shares and vice versa until October 18, 2021. Brookfield manages over $625 billion in assets globally.
