Bradbury Capital Holdings (BBCI) completed its business combination with Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation, marking its transition to a combined company.
The combined company changed its name to Bradbury Capital. Its ordinary shares and warrants will begin trading on Nasdaq on October 7, 2026, under symbols BBCI and BBCI W, respectively. Each existing TETE unit will separate into one ordinary share and one warrant, and the units will no longer trade separately.
At closing, the company also completed a private investment in public equity, or PIPE: an investor purchased 625,000 ordinary shares for $5 million in aggregate. The company provides electronic voucher services and develops digital payment solutions through Super Apps and partnerships. It plans to expand these services across Southeast Asia and beyond.
