VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Beyond Oil Ltd. (TSX: BOIL) (OTCQB: BEOLF) (“Beyond Oil” or the “Company”), a food-tech innovation company dedicated to reducing health risks associated with fried food while lowering operational costs, minimizing waste and enhancing sustainability, today announced that it will hold a Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Special Meeting”) on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific time).
