XIAMEN, China, June 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology (“BHAT” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BHAT), a producer, developer and operator of augmented reality interactive entertainment games, toys and educational materials in China, announced today that it has determined not to proceed with the previously announced underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants. No securities were sold pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (No. 333-249056) in connection with such previously proposed offering.
