(NYSE: BHLB) today announced that its Board of Directors has determined that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 18, 2023 in a virtual meeting format.  The date of Friday, March 24, 2023 was established as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
