The ArcStone Kingswood Growth Summit brings together a select group of investors, issuers, family offices, and capital markets professionals. Simply Wall St provides investment research, digital media and investor awareness services through its platform and distribution network. Pursuant to the Agreement, Simply Wall St will provide the Company with investor awareness and advertising services over a four (4) month campaign commencing September 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026.

In consideration for these services, the Company will pay Simply Wall St C$150,000 in four (4) equal monthly installments of C$37,500 each, payable in Canadian dollars over the term of the campaign. No other fees are payable under the Agreement and the Company will not issue any securities to Simply Wall St in consideration for the services provided under the Agreement.

Simply Wall St is arm's length to the Company. To the knowledge of the Company, neither Simply Wall St nor its principals hold, directly or indirectly, any securities of the Company as of the date of this news release, and Simply Wall St has no right to acquire any such securities.
