MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today authorized an 18% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.40 per share from $0.34 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 5, 2025, to shareholders of record on August 22, 2025. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $1.60 per share.
