(TSXV: BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) ("Battery" or "BMR" or the "Company") is pleased announce that the British Columbia Security Commission revoked the previously imposed cease trade order ("CTO") effective July 11, 2025.

Subsequent to the revocation of CTO, the Company applied to the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to reinstate its shares for trading. The Company was informed of the need to file the application, following the revocation of the CTO. The Company anticipates that its shares will resume trading on the TSXV following the completion of the reinstatement review by the TSXV.

The Company will keep shareholders appraised of the expected date for the resumption of trading on the TSXV and wishes to thank shareholders for their continued patience and support in regards to these matters.
