LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CBB Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company') (OTCQX: CBBI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 22, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 08, 2025.
