SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber Enviro-Tech Inc. (CETI) (OTCQB: CETI) is pleased to announce the formation of a Turkish subsidiary, Cyber International Ltd (C-INT), with an office in Istanbul, Turkey. This expansion addresses the urgent need for CETI's sludge pond and soil remediation capabilities. Establishing a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary will also enable CETI to effectively manage its international contracts.

To support its global initiatives, C-INT has formed a strategic alliance with Delta World Environmental Solutions (DELTA) of Turkey. DELTA's CEO, Mr. Serdar Gurel, brings extensive relationships across Turkey, Africa, and the Middle East with companies and governments needing CETI's services. DELTA's efforts have already positioned C-INT to engage in discussions with multiple overseas companies and government representatives from Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries.
