CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Announces 25% Increase in Quarterly Dividend

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) today reported that its board of directors has declared a $0.50 per share dividend on its common stock, a 25% increase compared to its prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2024, to stockholders of record as of February 15, 2024.

Additionally, the Company confirmed that it will report its full year and fourth quarter 2023 results after the market close on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. The Company plans to host a conference call to discuss these results at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, February 15, 2024.
