The Company reviews all elements of its capital allocation strategy on an ongoing basis. Initiation of Dividend

The Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.02 per Common Share, payable on October 15, 2025, to holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on September 23, 2025. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes. Dividends paid or credited to non-residents of Canada are subject to withholding tax, which may be reduced by treaty.
