A recent global study by Ciena reveals that 60% of telecommunications and IT engineers believe AI can boost network operational efficiency by 40% or more. The survey, which included over 1,500 engineers from 17 countries, showed that 85% are confident in CSPs' ability to monetize AI traffic.
