Cipher Mining Technologies, a U.S.-based Bitcoin mining company, has completed its merger with Good Works Acquisition Corp. on August 25, 2021. The newly formed entity, Cipher Mining, will start trading on Nasdaq under the tickers CIFR and CIFRW from August 30, 2021. The merger raised approximately $391 million, despite not meeting the Minimum Cash Condition of $400 million which was waived by Cipher Mining.
