(NASDAQ: CLOEU) (the “Company”) today announced that, commencing September 9, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering of 13,831,230 units completed on July 22, 2021, may elect to separately trade the shares of the Company’s Class A common stock (“Class A Common Stock”) and rights included in the units. No fractional rights will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole rights will trade. Class A common stock and rights that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “CLOE” and “CLOER,” respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “CLOEU.”
