Increases Share Repurchase Authorization to $10.0 Billion

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA) announced today that it increased its dividend by $0.08 to $1.08 per share on an annualized basis, up 8% year-over-year. In accordance with the increase, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 a share on the company’s common stock, payable on April 27, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 6, 2022.

In addition, Comcast announced that its Board of Directors increased its share repurchase program authorization to $10.0 billion, effective as of January 1, 2022.
