("Canada Nickel" or the "Company") (TSXV: CNC) (OTCQB: CNIKF) today announced that the Company has filed on SEDAR+ the independent technical report (the "Report") prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") supporting the initial mineral resource estimate for its 100% owned Reid Nickel Sulphide Project ("Reid") located near Timmins, Ontario. There are no material differences in the Report from those results disclosed in the Company's news release dated January 12, 2026. The Mineral Resource Estimate, effective as of January 7, 2026, was prepared following the CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Reserves (November 29, 2019).
