Dieppe, New Brunswick--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2026) - Colibri Resource Corporation (TSXV: CBI) ("Colibri" or the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 2,750,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan.

The options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per common share. Of the options granted, 2,250,000 are exercisable for a period of five years and 500,000 are exercisable for a period of two years.
