Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Falcon Flex commitment enables service providers to bring the Falcon platform and Falcon IQ security assessments to SMB and mid-market customers

AUSTIN, Texas & BARCELONA, Spain--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fal.Con Europe 2026 -- CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) today announced that Ignition Technology has made a multi-million-dollar Falcon Flex commitment in Q1 FY27 to expand access to AI-native cybersecurity for SMB and mid-market customers across Europe.

Working with more than 1,000 partners across Europe, Ignition Technology is expanding access to the Falcon platform through its managed service provider (MSP) and managed security service provider (MSSP) ecosystem. The commitment builds on Ignition Technology's recognition as CrowdStrike's Global Technical Champion of the Year at Fal.Con 2026 in Las Vegas.

As a member of Project QuiltWorks, Ignition Technology is also making Falcon IQ available to its ecosystem of partners, enabling them to assess customer security vulnerability exposures and prioritize risks using frontier AI. The offering is expected to support assessments across thousands of devices managed through Ignition Technology's service provider program.

"Bringing enterprise-grade cybersecurity to businesses of every size requires partners who can deliver at scale," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "Ignition Technology is investing in CrowdStrike to expand our reach across Europe's SMB market. This is how we scale the Falcon platform: through partners building their businesses on CrowdStrike."

“Service providers are central to how SMBs buy and consume cybersecurity,” said Paul Eccleston, Chief Business Innovation Officer at Exclusive Networks Group. “With Falcon Flex and Falcon IQ, we’re giving our partners the flexibility to grow their CrowdStrike businesses while helping customers identify and address security risks. This commitment will enable them to reach more customers and deliver greater value.”

Key Terms

managed service provider technical
A managed service provider (MSP) is a company that remotely runs and maintains another organization’s technology systems—like networks, servers, security, or cloud services—on a continuous, contract basis. Think of it as hiring a building superintendent who ensures everything runs, gets fixed quickly, and is upgraded when needed. For investors, MSPs matter because they typically generate steady, recurring income, reduce client churn, and concentrate operational and security risks that affect profitability and growth.
managed security service provider technical
A managed security service provider (MSSP) is a company that organizations hire to run and monitor their cybersecurity defenses — like outsourcing a team of digital security guards who watch networks, respond to attacks, and keep systems patched and configured. For investors, an MSSP matters because it can lower the risk of costly breaches, provide steadier security costs and compliance support, and influence a firm’s operational stability and reputation, all of which can affect value and risk.
