Cyphaira Corp (CYPA) completed its corporate name change and began trading under the new ticker on OTC Markets on September 10, 2026.
The company, formerly known as Growth Stalk Holdings Corp and previously trading as GSTK, notes that the CUSIP remains unchanged and that the name and symbol change does not affect shares outstanding, shareholder rights, or reporting obligations. Shareholders are not required to take any action as brokerage accounts will automatically reflect the new name and symbol.
Cyphaira is now focused on enterprise decision-intelligence software, with its first product SolvixLMS designated production-ready in seven integrated suites and source-verified at 583,041 first-party source lines as of August 24, 2026, although no revenue has yet been recognized from it. The company is divesting four subsidiaries holding its legacy state-licensed cultivation and processing operations, with a Board-approved transaction expected to close upon transfer of the applicable state licenses.
