Docebo Expands Workforce Readiness Platform with Launch of Knowledge and Agents
Docebo (DCBO) has launched Docebo Knowledge and Docebo Agents, expanding its workforce readiness platform with enterprise search and automated learning workflows.
Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.
Organizations can now build workforce readiness at enterprise scale, with trusted answers in the flow of work and agents that take on the manual work behind learning.
The launch delivers on the vision Docebo set out at its Inspire conference earlier this year: one AI platform where learning, skills intelligence, and organizational knowledge work together, empowered by agents, to keep employees, customers, and partners ready as work changes. With Knowledge and Agents now live, Docebo brings together people’s skills, what they’re learning, and knowledge of how the business runs, and puts that context to work through agents that act across systems where the work happens. Now, workforce readiness becomes something customers can build and prove continuously.
Docebo Knowledge
Docebo Knowledge turns scattered enterprise information into a trusted knowledge layer connected to learning. Now, learners can search across training content and connected systems across their tech stack without accessing each separately or paying for a dedicated enterprise search tool. Docebo Knowledge indexes content from Docebo, including SCORM and xAPI packages, alongside approved sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, and Slack. People get direct, source-grounded answers, procedures, videos, and source links in one experience, then move from an answer to the course, certification, practice, or workflow that follows. By connecting knowledge retrieval to formal learning and action, Docebo helps organizations put existing content to work, reduce time spent searching, and build capability in the moment of need.
Knowledge inherits the permissions set in each connected source system, so learners and their agents only see content they’re authorized to access.
Docebo Agents
AI agents are only as useful as the context behind them. Most can reach historical company data, but few know a user’s learning history and skills gaps, or the organization’s skills taxonomies. Docebo Agents are built to run on this skills and learning data, alongside trusted organizational knowledge.
Docebo Agents automate multi-step workflows across Docebo and connected enterprise systems. They take on the workflows behind learning and upskilling, reducing administrative overhead and personalizing the learning experience. These agents include both curated, pre-built agents and a no-code custom agent builder.
Four pre-built agents are available at launch:
- Authoring Agent turns source material, from an uploaded file or a connected source into structured courses in Docebo Creator with interactive elements and assessments.
- Tutor Agent answers learner questions inside a course or learning plan using the course material and approved company knowledge, so learners don’t have to stop and track down a trainer or colleague.
- Reinforcement Agent keeps learning active after a course ends with personalized, spaced practice sessions that build on each learner’s previous answers.
- Marketplace Agent lets admins describe the content they need, compare options from third-party providers side by side, and import courses directly.
More pre-built agents will be released in the coming months. For anything pre-built agents don’t cover, organizations can create custom agents by describing the goal, instructions, and permitted actions, with no coding required. These agents are deeply connected to your learning system and learner profile, in ways third-party agents can’t replicate.
“Every organization is about to run two workforces: its people and the agents working alongside them,” said Alessio Artuffo, President & Chief Executive Officer of Docebo. “Both need the same things to perform well: trusted knowledge and an accurate picture of skills. That’s the foundation Docebo is now built on. Agents run through the platform, taking on the manual work that has held learning teams back for years. Every employee gets development shaped around their own skills and goals. Less time on administration. Less budget spent on work that doesn’t move the business. More capability where it counts.”
More than 50 customers across industries including transportation, retail, distribution, and food service piloted Docebo Agents before launch. These customers are already seeing real results:
- A leading international electronics distributor used the Marketplace Agent to cut roughly five hours a month of manual content curation for each administrator.
- A global restaurant operator used the Reinforcement Agent to save store managers about 10 hours a month on training follow-up and the Tutor Agent to resolve
25% of frontline training questions without an administrator. - A retail company that onboards 2,500 new hires a year built its own custom onboarding agent, which the company expects will give sales managers one to two hours back per new hire.
Built for enterprise control
As agents take on real work, leaders need to know what each one can do, what it can access, and what it costs. Docebo Agents are built with that oversight from the start.
Admins decide which agents run, who can use them, and which actions need human approval before they happen. Every action respects existing permissions and is logged, giving IT, security, and compliance teams a full audit trail. AI credit usage is visible and manageable, so organizations can expand their use of agents with costs they can predict.
Learning wherever work happens
Docebo is also continuing to extend learning beyond its own interface as part of its advancing headless platform strategy. Through Model Context Protocol (MCP), Docebo connects to the AI assistants and enterprise tools employees already use, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. Employees can find content, check their progress, and enroll in courses without opening Docebo, while admins can complete platform tasks like reporting, enrollments, and more.
As more work starts inside AI assistants, Docebo is building the infrastructure to bring learning, skills, and knowledge there too.
