Recent Company History

Over recent AI-focused announcements, Digi Power X has progressed from strengthening liquidity and balance sheet positions (e.g., cash and crypto builds and capacity targets) to certifying its ARMS 200 platform and commissioning initial AI infrastructure. Subsequent updates outlined commissioning timelines and expectations for first AI revenues. Despite these constructive milestones, price reactions have alternated between gains and pullbacks, suggesting investors have treated AI news with caution. Today’s signed, multi-year AI revenue contract fits into this progression as the first move from planned to contracted AI revenue.

4 terms
gpu-as-a-service technical
"NeoCloudz, Digi Power X's GPU-as-a-Service platform, at the Company's AI data center"
GPU-as-a-Service is a pay-as-you-go model that lets businesses rent powerful graphics processing units (GPUs) over the internet instead of buying the hardware outright. It matters to investors because it lowers upfront costs and speeds time-to-market for companies using AI, data analysis, or 3D rendering—similar to renting a high-performance car for a specific trip rather than owning one—and can make firms more flexible, scalable, and capital-efficient.
nvidia blackwell technical
"exclusive, dedicated access to a fleet of the latest generation of NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs"
NVIDIA Blackwell is a generation of specialized processors (GPUs) and accompanying chip designs built to accelerate heavy computing tasks such as artificial intelligence, large-scale data processing, and complex simulations. It matters to investors because these chips can significantly boost performance and efficiency in cloud services and data centers, often increasing demand, revenue potential and competitive advantage—like a more powerful engine making a vehicle more desirable and profitable.
infiniBand technical
"on a high-speed InfiniBand / RoCE v2 fabric"
Infiniband is a high-speed data transport technology used inside data centers to move large amounts of information quickly and with very little delay, often used for servers, storage and computing clusters. Investors should care because it acts like a multilane expressway for data—companies that build, use or support such fast networks can gain competitive advantages in cloud services, high-performance computing and AI workloads, which can affect costs and revenue potential.
net-15 financial
"High-quality cash flow profile. Monthly invoicing payable Net-15."
Net-15 is a payment term on an invoice that means the buyer is expected to pay the full amount within 15 days of the invoice date. For investors, it signals how quickly a business collects cash from customers and can affect short-term liquidity and working capital needs — like lending someone money and expecting it back in two weeks rather than a month, which changes how much cash the business has on hand.

Management Statement

"This agreement with SubQ AI represents a major milestone for Digi Power X - our first contracted AI revenue and the official commercial launch of our NeoCloudz bare metal GPU-as-a-Service platform. We've built scalable, vertically integrated infrastructure and we're moving at full speed. This deal is just the beginning. We intend to rapidly scale our relationship with SubQ AI and welcome additional high-growth AI customers onto our dedicated Blackwell fleet. We continue to advance discussions with additional hyperscale and frontier AI customers and expect to provide further operational updates in the coming weeks."

- Alec Amar, President, Digi Power X Inc.

"This initial deployment is the first step in what we expect to be a much larger, long-term relationship with Digi Power X. said Justin Dangel, CEO of SubQ AI. Our roadmap calls for scaling to several thousand GPUs over the next few quarters as we advance our proprietary architecture, and the combination of NeoCloudz's bare metal platform, the newest NVIDIA Blackwell silicon, and Digi Power X's owned power and data center capacity gives us a credible runway to grow into that footprint with a single, trusted infrastructure partner."

- Justin Dangel, Chief Executive Officer, SubQ AI

"Bringing our first GPU cluster online moves Digi Power X from building infrastructure to generating AI revenue. We're evaluating a Silicon Valley presence to accelerate our AI infrastructure roadmap and hire senior AI engineers. This deployment is the foundation for scaling NeoCloudz into a leading GPU-as-a-Service platform."

- Jagan Jeyapaul, Chief Technology Officer, Digi Power X Inc.
