MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, Sept. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DLocal Limited (“dLocal”), (NASDAQ:DLO) a technology-first payments platform, today announced the pricing of a previously announced secondary offering of 15,000,000 Class A common shares by an entity associated with General Atlantic (the “Selling Shareholder”) at a price to the public of $12.75 per share. The Company is not selling any Class A common shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The offering is expected to close on September 5, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, the underwriters of the offering will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 Class A common shares from the Selling Shareholder at the public offering price.
