DMB Stockholders Vote to Elect Board Nominees and Against Board Declassification in Certified Results of 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting
DMB stockholders backed the incumbent board slate and rejected a charter change to declassify the board at the 2026 annual meeting.
The certified results reflect strong stockholder turnout at the Fund’s annual stockholder meeting. The Fund’s incumbent Board nominees received more stockholder votes than, and defeated, the dissident nominee, indicating stockholder support for continued stewardship from the Fund’s current Board of Directors.
Additionally, stockholders of the Fund also decisively voted against a proposal to amend the Fund’s charter in order to declassify the Fund’s Board of Directors. The Board included this proposal on the Fund’s proxy statement in response to a non-binding proposal submitted by a dissident stockholder last year.
