BRP (DOO) announced a planned CFO transition, with Minh Thanh Tran succeeding Sébastien Martel effective October 1, 2026.

Normalized EBITDA dropped 34.9% to $138.8 million and normalized diluted EPS declined to a loss of $0.18.
For FY2027, BRP now guides to total revenues of $9.225–$9.475 billion, normalized EBITDA of $1.025–$1.075 billion, normalized diluted EPS of $4.00–$4.50, and net income of $160–$195 million. Q3 normalized EPS is expected to be down about 50%–60% versus last year.
BRP (TSX/NASDAQ: DOO) announced a three-year partnership between its Can-Am brand and nonprofit Farm Rescue, making Can-Am the official utility vehicle of Farm Rescue. The collaboration is designed to support farm and ranch families facing illness, injury, natural disasters or other unexpected hardships.
According to BRP, Can-Am will provide USD$50,000 per year in direct monetary support for three years, two Can-Am Defender fleet vehicles for ongoing field operations, and a custom 2026 Can-Am Defender MAX Lone Star Cab HD11 wrapped in Farm Rescue branding to be auctioned to raise additional funds.
