Following closing, Cloeren will be integrated into the MAAG business unit within Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
According to Dover, Cloeren brings advanced extrusion technologies, strong technical capabilities, and a blue-chip customer base, with headquarters in Orange, Texas, and additional manufacturing in Marshall, Texas; Eau Claire, Wisconsin; and Micheldorf, Austria. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Dover (NYSE: DOV) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $2.19 billion, up 7% year over year, including 5% organic growth. GAAP earnings from continuing operations rose 12% to $313 million, with GAAP diluted EPS up 14% to $2.31. Adjusted earnings from continuing operations increased 10% to $372 million and adjusted diluted EPS rose 12% to $2.74.
For the first half of 2026, revenue grew 8% to $4.24 billion, GAAP diluted EPS reached $4.06 (+8%), and adjusted diluted EPS was $5.02 (+12%). All five segments posted positive organic growth. Dover raised full‑year 2026 guidance to GAAP EPS of $8.94–$9.14 and adjusted EPS of $10.55–$10.75, based on 6–8% total revenue growth and 4–6% organic growth.
Dover (NYSE: DOV), through its CPC (Colder Products Company) business within PSG, announced the launch of the Everis DC Series, a family of full-flow connectors engineered for liquid cooling in artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing systems.
According to Dover, the Everis DC in-line connector’s full-flow design can produce up to 90% less pressure drop than valved connectors of the same size, helping data centers improve cooling efficiency, reduce pump and CDU power draw, and support compact 1U trays. The stainless-steel connectors, offered in in-line and elbow configurations with swivel design, can be integrated into cold plates or manifolds and are manufactured in cleanroom environments for high-purity applications. CPC plans to showcase the Everis DC series at the OCP APAC Summit in Taipei on August 11–12.
Dover Fueling Solutions (NYSE: DOV) launched the ProGauge MagLink Anywhere™ mobile app, providing fuel retailers with real-time access to automatic tank gauge (ATG) and console data on July 21, 2026. The app centralizes fuel station and underground tank information into a single mobile view to support faster inventory monitoring and issue response.
According to Dover Fueling Solutions, MagLink Anywhere is available globally and integrates with existing ProGauge® consoles, including MagLink LX 4®, MagLink LX Plus® and MagLink LX Ultimate®. The app uses a secure architecture designed to safeguard transmitted data and support controls aimed at limiting unauthorized access.
CPC Biotech (NYSE: DOV), part of PSG and Dover, launched the RevolveSD™ Series, a one-inch, single-use sterile disconnect for bioprocess tubing. The product enables sterile disconnection in seconds and in fewer steps than clamp- or sealer-based methods, without special equipment.
RevolveSD uses durable, lightweight PPSU, compatible with harsh chemicals such as those used in antibody drug conjugate manufacturing, and its metal-free construction removes corrosion risk in the flow path. Dual-valve, non-spill technology minimizes residual external fluid, while the one-inch flow path and valve design support smooth, bidirectional, low-turbulence flow for large-scale bioprocessing applications.

LPO uses highly accurate, non-averaged measurements from SIKORA devices, visualized via ECOCONTROL, to detect early-stage quality deviations, enabling faster troubleshooting, more stable extrusion processes, and improved data cable production quality.
