Duravant (NYSE: DOV) announced that Mike Kachmer will retire after a 43-year career and nearly 12 years as Chairman & CEO, and that Jill Evanko will succeed him as Chief Executive Officer effective January 5, 2026. Mr. Kachmer will remain as Duravant chairman and continue serving on two external boards.

Evanko joins from Chart Industries, where she served as President & CEO since 2018, and previously held senior roles at Truck-Lite, Dover, Arthur Andersen, Honeywell, and Sony; she also serves as an independent director of Greif. The LFC-7650 is designed for wet clean and post-CMP cleaning in semiconductor manufacturing, offers an integrated pressure transducer, a control algorithm that targets ±1% control accuracy, and uses Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to maintain reliable measurements when bubbles are present.

Dover (NYSE: DOV) reported Q3 2025 results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Revenue was $2.078 billion, up 5% year-over-year (organic +1%). GAAP earnings from continuing operations were $303 million, down 3%, and GAAP diluted EPS was $2.20, down 3%. On an adjusted basis, earnings were $361 million, up 15%, and adjusted diluted EPS was $2.62, up 15%. For the nine months, revenue was $5.993 billion, up 3%, while GAAP earnings fell 29% to $823 million (adjusted earnings +16% to $981 million).

Management raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $9.50–$9.60 (GAAP EPS guidance $8.06–$8.16) and reiterated capital deployment priorities, announced a manufacturing transition expected to deliver cost savings over the next 18 months, and scheduled a webcast and call for October 23, 2025.

Dover Fueling Solutions (NYSE: DOV) announced on October 22, 2025 that its Wayne PWR DC fast charger now offers a NACS cable option, enabling direct charging for Tesla and other NACS-equipped EVs.

The update lets customers configure chargers with CCS1, NACS, or mixed connectors across multiple units, and complements a Wayne PWR portfolio that includes five power levels from 160kW to 640kW. DFS says the change aims to simplify deployments, increase forecourt traffic, and future-proof site investments as EV charging standards evolve.

Dover Food Retail (NYSE: DOV) will invest over $20 million to expand its Virginia manufacturing campus by relocating its Anthony brand production from Sylmar, CA, to Virginia, with the project projected to create more than 300 new jobs over the next year.

The expansion adds state-of-the-art equipment, expanded research and development laboratories, a Dover Food Retail parts hub, and a new distribution center of excellence to increase production of commercial glass refrigerators and freezer doors and frames for food retail customers across North America and worldwide.
