Vivo and Amdocs Sign Agreement to Modernize its Operations Support Systems
Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) announced on November 11, 2025 that Vivo, a Telefónica group member, signed a multi-year agreement to modernize its operations support systems (OSS).
The program will move Vivo to the latest Amdocs OSS releases, deliver cloud-native, microservices-based Service Orchestration and Service Activation, and provide extended support and professional services to strengthen system maintainability, security updates, integration, and long-term platform stability.
The deal aims to standardize Vivo's OSS foundation for future network evolutions and improved operational agility.
