(NYSE: DQ) ("Daqo New Energy," the "Company" or "we"), a leading manufacturer of high-purity polysilicon for the global solar PV industry, today announced the appointment of Ms. Xiaoyu Xu as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective October 30, 2024.

Ms. Xiaoyu Xu has served as the Company's Investor Relations Director and Board Secretary since May 2023 and as a Director since November 2023. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan in the Corporate and Investment Bank department.
