BNB Plus Corp (BNBX) appointed three new directors, led by incoming Chairman Richard Shorten, as part of its ongoing strategic review. The new board members bring backgrounds in corporate restructuring, institutional finance, digital assets, and digital infrastructure.
Shorten is founder and general partner of Silvermine Capital Advisors and chairman of Web3 infrastructure provider GlobalStake. Lok Lee leads 2L Advisors, manages Good Morning Holdings, and is a director of Insight Digital Partners II (DYOR). Todd Larsen is president of Nexis Solutions, the global business information and analytics division of LexisNexis. The trio will replace former directors Robert Catell, Joseph Ceccolli and Yacov Shamash, while James Haft and Judith Murrah remain on the board.
