The Canada Investment Summit (the “Summit”) is being hosted by Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Public Sector Pension Investment Board in
Resource scale. The Clearwater Project sits within Alberta’s Bashaw District, where E3 has defined 16.2 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) Measured and Indicated mineral resource1, one of the largest lithium resource endowments in
Engineered, not conceptual. E3’s Clearwater Project will produce battery ready products in
Infrastructure and jurisdiction. The Clearwater Project is transitioning a historic producing asset; it leverages Alberta’s existing energy infrastructure, including roads, power, wellbore data, and an experienced workforce.
Advancing toward commercialization. The Company has made significant advancement in moving the Project from a concept, to resource and reserves identification, building and operating a Demonstration Facility, producing battery-grade lithium carbonate, submitting the Central Processing Facility permit application, and advancing its Feasibility Study as it progresses toward Final Investment Decision.
Formation of E3’s Strategic Advisory Group
E3 has established a Strategic Advisory Group (the “Advisors”), comprised of Chris Slubicki, Dr. Mike Dixon, and Kyle Rousay. The Advisors will support the CEO and the executive team, providing counsel on capital allocation, project financing, strategic partnerships and offtake, transaction execution, process design decisions, readiness for construction, and technology scale-up. These additions continue a deliberate build-out of senior capability ahead of commercialization, including Brian Newmarch’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer in mid-2025 and Tom Gear’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer in mid-2026.

Dr. Mike Dixon is an entrepreneur and technologist with a track record of building and exiting process technology companies. He founded and led Synauta, a cleantech company applying data science and machine learning to desalination, through its acquisition by Gradiant four years after incorporation, and was a key contributor to the rapid global expansion of NanoH2O, acquired by LG Chem in 2014. He served as Chief Technology Officer of WaterNEXT, playing a key role in the company’s formation and program development, and has advised more than a dozen companies, including the MIT spinout Sandymount, acquired by Alfa Laval. Mike has authored over 80 publications, chaired the 2022 World Congress of the International Desalination and Reuse Association, and previously served as an advisor to E3 Lithium.
Kyle Rousay is Founder and Principal of Cedar & Stone Advisory, where he advises founders, boards and executive teams on strategy, growth, governance and corporate transactions, drawing on more than 20 years of leadership across mining, energy and technology. Previously, at Rio Tinto, he served as General Counsel for the Copper business and subsequently as General Counsel, Corporate, helping shape the company’s global copper growth strategy and guide major investments, project financing, M&A, project development and production ramp-up, including Arcadium Lithium in 2025.
