Before joining Evolent, he served as chief medical officer (CMO) of RightMove Health, a virtual physical therapy company he helped to grow from the ground up as its first employee. Dr. Lim has also served as chief technology innovation officer for value-based care company InnovaCare Health, founding team member and CMO of behavioral health company Quartet Health, and director of clinical design for Castlight Health, which provided healthcare services cost and quality data to members of self-insured employers.
Additionally, John Way has joined Evolent as CFO, Performance Suite, where he will oversee all financial aspects of the company's at-risk specialty condition management products. Mr. Way brings more than 20 years of executive financial management experience to the role, including as CFO of OptumHealth and OptumCare.
