Eyenovia Announces $12 Million Registered Direct Offering
- Eyenovia has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with a leading healthcare investor for an offering of shares of its common stock, pre-funded warrants, and warrants to purchase common stock. The combined offering price is $1.86 per share, with an exercise price of $2.23 per share for the warrants. The proceeds from the Offering are expected to be $12 million. Eyenovia intends to use the net proceeds for commercialization of a post-ophthalmic surgery product and manufacturing automation activities for the Optejet® device.
