MILL VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties (“FCPT” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of six Novant Health Urgent Care properties for $12.0 million. The properties are located in highly trafficked corridors in South Carolina and are corporate operated under long-term, triple net leases. The transaction was priced at a cap rate in range with previous FCPT transactions.

Novant Health is an integrated network of more than 900 locations, including 19 hospitals, more than 750 physician clinics and urgent care centers, outpatient facilities, and imaging and pharmacy services.
