Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE:FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties (“FCPT” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of a Burger King property for $2.1 million from a previously announced sale-leaseback transaction with Ampler Restaurant Group. The property is located in a strong retail corridor in Kentucky and is franchisee-operated under a long-term, triple net lease with 20 years of term. The Ampler Restaurant Group portfolio was priced at a 6.8% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs.
Inclusive of today’s acquisition, FCPT has acquired a total of 10 properties for $22.0 million related to the Ampler Restaurant Group portfolio announced in March 2025.
